Entry requirements

This section of the Senior School is open to all 14 - 16 year-olds wishing to take courses leading to IGCSE exam subjects. We have no statutory educational entrance requirement, however a detailed written report from the student’s previous school is required and assessment in key subjects is carried out before the start of the course to determine correct level of entry.
 
Subjects offered : The following subjects are offered at IGCSE level :

* English as a Second Language is offered at IGCSE level. This may be converted to IGCSE First Language English after a year of further tuition when students can also take IGCSE English Literature.
** Students choose either History or Art and either Geography or Spanish.
 
Additional non-examination activities include Sport, PSGS (Personal, Social & Global Skills), Duke of Edinburgh's International Award and Tutor Time.
Extra-curricular after-school clubs vary from year to year, depending on demand and availability but include activities such as school band, French club, chess, and performing arts (see clubs and activities for more information).
